Undo Last Action

This action allows the IACUC Administrator to revert the protocol to its state prior to the last protocol action taken. The Undo Last Action works only on the current version of the protocol. It deletes any correspondence generated as a result of the protocol action. It also removes any entries made to the action history of the protocol. The protocol status and submission status also change to the state prior to protocol action being taken.

The Undo Last Action cannot be performed if the preceding protocol action results in one of the following conditions: Protocol created, Renewal created, Amendment created, Continuation created, Submission to IACUC, Protocol expired, Protocol withdrawn, Approval of protocol/amendment/ renewal/continuation and Administrative Correction.

Field	Description
Comments	Click within the text box (or press the tab  key from a previous field) to relocate the cursor to the field, and then type (or paste from virtual clipboard) to enter text in the box as necessary to provide the appropriate information.  Click the add note  icon to view/edit/paste text in a new browser window, then click the continue button to return to the text entry field in the document.  After saving, click the green arrow  symbol to view full text in a separate browser window.
Submit	Click the submit button to generate the action request.
