Notes & Attachments
The Notes & Attachments Tab of the Protocol document allows for the upload of protocol attachments, as well as the ability to enter textual notes. You are able to describe the attachment and specify the type of attachment. Attachments can be of various recognized types (e.g., Informed Consent Statement or Recruitment Materials) or Other. Most types of documents or file formats are supported (.html and .msg are not supported). Any user with viewing access to the Protocol document can view attachments and notes, and any user with editing permission can upload, replace, or remove attachments. KC IRB will maintain previous versions of an attachment when the replace function is used to upload a revised version.
