This action allows the IACUC Administrator to formally acknowledge receipt of an FYI submission. A typical scenario might be when investigators notify the IACUC of unexpected or adverse events using the Notify IACUC action and mark the submission type as FYI. The IACUC Administrator can use the IACUC Acknowledgement action to formally denote receipt the FYI submission.
