Name Type
The Name Type link in the Reference section of the Identity group on the System Admin menu takes you to the Entity Name Type Lookup screen. Types of entity names may include, for example, Primary, Prior, Preferred, or Other.

Display-only. A descriptive label for this name type. |

Display Sort Code |
Display-only. An alphabetic value that determines the order in which name types are displayed in the dropdown list. |

Active Indicator |
Display-only. Indicates whether this name type is active (in which case the system displays it in the Name Type dropdown list on the Person document). |
