Meeting documents are created and accessed on the Schedule page of the Committee document.

The Meeting document is accessible via the Schedule page of the Committee document, and itself has two pages:  Meeting Information and Meeting Actions.

First Page Naming:  The Meeting Information page is a tabbed page that is labeled with the Committee Name followed by the Meeting Date (for example, Biomedical and Health IRB #1 meeting 09/13/2010).

Brief Description

Meeting Information

(Committee/Date)

By default, this is the page that is displayed in the forefront after accessing the Meeting document.  It is used to identify the meeting.  It includes sections for Meeting Details, Protocol Submitted, Other Actions, Attendance, and Minutes.  Each allows for the display, entry and/or selection of information for the meeting.

Meeting Actions

This page is used to generate and record actions taken in the meeting, including submit, view and print actions.  It includes sections for Agenda, Minutes, Print, and Correspondence.  Each allows for the display, entry, and/or selection of information related to the recording, submission and dissemination of information about the meeting.
