The Contact Information subsection provides a read-only view of contact information in the KC system for the member you selected and added. It displays information such as home unit, address, and telephone number. In the case of employees, this information is likely fed to KC from your institution’s human resources system. Otherwise, it serves as ‘rolodex’ information that is maintained in an administration maintenance document, Person, which is accessible from the System Admin menu in the Identity group.
