Budget Limits
The Budget Limits section of the Budget Versions page displays itemized limits, budget change, previous budget and obligated total and subtotal dollar amounts for Personnel and NonPersonnel costs, with grand totals for for Direct and F&A costs.

TOTAL COSTS Editable: The Total Costs field is Required and used in data validation upon Award Budget submission. KC obtains this figure from the Obligated Amount entered in the Details & Dates section of an Award Budget document, or the Hierarchy section of the Time & Money document. You can change the limit here it here manually, or it will be calculated by the system based on entries made in the Budget Periods & Totals section. |
