Maintains valid users at your institution to the User table in the KC. A user is a person registered in the system who is able to receive notification and workflow items in their action list. A user can be a member of a workgroup, a default recipient for a notification channel, or a specified recipient for a notification message. Users have the ability to set preferences for themselves, including which delivery types they want.
