This group contains generic information related to the original proposal submission.

General

This holds miscellaneous data about this proposal. As of the 12/8/12 release this data is related to data conversion from FIS Award.

ORA Contacts

This panel contains a drop-down menu of Grant Services Administrators names. This is a required field and will be completed by the respective Grant Consultant.

Lim Sub # (ORA use only)

This field is related to the ID of fully approved limited submission requests.  It is a reporting field for use by the Office of Research Administration.

Original FIS Proposal Number

This displays either the FIS Proposal number that was used as a source when the FIS Award data was loaded into KC, or the FIS Award number that was created by KC during the period of time where KC Award data was batched into FIS. All awards created after KFS goes active will not have data in this field.

Grant Services Administrator

In the Award document this displays the RA code that is used by the system to determine which workgroups the financial documents related to this award are routed to.

Grant Services Team

This displays an indication of which Grant Services team manages this award.

Reporting Administrator

This displays contact information for the Reporting Administrator who will handle financial reporting to the sponsor for this award.
